We are proud to announce that Trip Advisor has awarded us with their “Certificate of Excellence” award in May. Lodging properties who average 4.5 (out of 5) or better are granted this award by the travel review web site.
Coincidentally, this past month, our hotel became the #1 hotel in Glenwood Springs reviewed by travelers. It wasn’t all that long ago that travelers like you just had to “take the chance” of reserving a room at an unknown hotel. In many instances, the best “known” hotel is not always the best choice. Today, tourists can read other people’s reviews of a hotel before deciding to make a reservation with them or not.
These lofty awards from such a place as Trip Advisor encourages us to double our efforts here at the hotel. Because, long before TA, Yelp and all the rest came around, we were already working hard to ensure our guests had an above average experience. It doesn’t come from having the swankiest hotel, thickest towels or complimentary happy hours. We believe it comes from doing the best with what you have and treating guests the way we would want to be treated.
